1.1                 Remote Neural Monitoring Summary:

The capabilities of this RNM technology (an advanced, weaponized form of BCI) in its present state, far exceed those capabilities listed in a lawsuit filed against the NSA in 1992 disclosing this Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) technology. The technology itself, is basically a tiny device (patent 1976) implanted inside the ear canal, able to stimulate any specific portion of the brain with a given pair of waveforms, thereby causing that portion of the brain to respond with its own natural resonance and embedded within this resonance waveform is the EEG waveform from that part of the brain. This can be done concurrently for any or all parts of the brain as each part of the brain responds to different set of frequencies and responds with a different natural resonance. This way a tiny device is capable of receiving and transmitting every portion of the brains EEG signals simultaneously with no external apparatus. This device can also stimulate and affect the brain by transmitting at that brain portions natural resonance for any given portion of the brain with an embedded interference waveform affecting the brain, or affecting the brain thereby affecting the body. This simple tiny device also has an integrated loudspeaker that gives it the capability to support “synthetic telepathy”. This tiny device is complimented by a vast global communications infrastructure and any number of remote backend processing centers to glean thoughts, visuals, hearing and neuromuscular activity (used to decode both silent speech and physical movements over the whole body) from the EEG biodata.

1.2                 Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) - Decoding of the subject’s EEGs:

1.2.1      Passive mode stimulation, decoding thoughts, visuals, hearing, and body neuro muscular activity:

RNM technology is not mind reading either per se, as operators can only “see what the subject is currently thinking”, but in great detail. By simply adding a tiny loudspeaker to the ear implanted RNM device, it supports “Synthetic Telepathy”. This is easy to do and is nowhere near as complicated as the existing technology but it enhances its capabilities greatly. In addition to “seeing the subject’s thoughts” in real-time, with synthetic telepathy operators, if the device is being used overtly, can verbally provoke thought causing the subject to recall a memory or subject matter and then they can see these memories if the thought is in word form. In addition, they can somehow map these memories so any subsequent recollection of them even without forming words in your mind, allows them to know what you are thinking about. Other capabilities include, identifying when the subject imagines a person, place, thing that has been previously mapped. Decoding word thought utilizes mapping neuro muscular activity in the brain to sounds and also leverages other mechanisms as well. This works whether or not the subject is using their mouth for something else, eating for example. For English, this only requires mapping 44 sounds to neuro muscular activity and with that simple mapping computers can put words and sentences together, even identify nonsense words because all of these are comprised of a limited set of sounds and the brain activates these whether words are spoken or not. If the subject uses an alternate pronunciation with the same spelling of a word in their mind, the operators hear this this alternate pronunciation and repeat it if listening to audio. This indicates that the device monitors and that the backend processes neuro muscular activity to assist in decoding silent speech. If operators are listening to the thoughts audibly rather than reading text, they can also hear inflection, adding to their interpreting of the thoughts. As mentioned, there are other mechanisms they use as well to decode thought. The backend processing system can decode, then live operators can see all of this thought information (based on EEGs) in real-time whether the subject is awake or asleep in the form of text and/or text converted to audio. In addition to decoding thoughts, the technology can decode both visuals in great detail, hearing, and bodily muscular function. These operators “see what the subject thinks”, “see what the subject sees”, and “hear what the subject hears”, all in real-time and in great detail and clarity while the subject may be forced to hear them doing it via the integrated speaker, often taking turn shouting out the subject’s thoughts as they think them, even brief thoughts that last less than a second. In addition, neuro muscular activity is mapped and can be monitored relating to the subject’s physical muscular activity. If there the subject invokes muscular activity, smile, frown, winking, sticking one’s tongue out, sexual organs, anything, they can see that decoded and visually displayed.

 

1.2.2      The Subject’s visuals:

Current attempts to glean visuals from a subject’s EEGs using AI by researchers results with mixed success. While the results are remarkable reproductions of the subject’s visuals, they are not in fact perfectly accurate, they are contrived representations of the subject’s visuals. This government RNM is different, and does present a more accurate representation of the subject’s visuals. In addition, I believe it presents a more detailed representation, as the peripheral vision is also detailed while a subject only experiences a very small portion of their visuals in detail. How they accomplish this I do not know, but they probably approach the problem differently, possibly using data from the optic nerve rather than trying to decode EEG from the visual cortex and compounding that with information from other parts of the brain relating to subject matter. The operators know what part of your visual field you are looking at specifically, if you are looking at a group of people, they know which you are focusing on.

 

1.2.3      Non-Passive mode stimulation:

RNM operators can also stimulate muscular activity by stimulating the brain with great precision causing extreme cramping of any extremity, causing specific muscle weakness or failure, or affect specific organs. In addition, by stimulating the brain, they can control every facet of sexual function, arousal, erection, orgasm, ejaculation, all independently and in any combination and the intensity and duration of these affects. Unnatural states can be achieved such as unnaturally intense sexual arousal, extended orgasm for ten minutes or longer over and over for an extended period (many hours) even while disabling other sexual functions, even multiple ejaculations. These are remarkable, and can be used and are used for sexual torture and humiliation, as the operators control all of these sexual functions in any combination, intensity and duration, and can see what the subject sees, hears, and thinks in real-time and the subject is forced to hear them laughing and humiliating the subject while they control their sexual functions. Some other capabilities include affecting brain states, amplifying them, depressing them, or extending the duration of them, negatively affecting coordination and balance, initiating anxiety or panic, interfering with vision by stimulation (possibly optic nerve or visual cortex), causing mild or sever hallucinations, interfering and preventing the processing of depth perception. By stimulating the brain, they can make the subject cry physically while there is no emotional component literally for hours, even 24 hours in either eye independently or both, while they play with their brain, body and the subject’s mind using synthetic telepathy and RNM. There are many more capabilities.

 

Operators can perform dream state manipulation, they can literally direct the subject’s dreams turning them into nightmares in every way verbally and possibly with the assistance of somehow implanting images, the experience is remarkable in its visual clarity and detail. Upon waking, the subject recalls the dream more vividly than a natural dream and at times the affect visually can be recalled in great detail similar to that of photographic memory and hear those inducing them laughing and remarking. They can, and do this every night for years for entertainment. All of these experiences extremely violating and can go on around the clock for years, along with hearing constant verbal interaction with one’s thoughts verbally by a group that is so distracting it’s difficult to function or even think. The subject hears the operators everywhere they go, the shower, the toilet, in bed, and they see what the subject sees, and all the time, with the operators commenting, interacting verbally with the subject’s thoughts, in groups of three or more and in shifts. It’s violating, debilitating and incapacitating. This is a level of torture never before achieved in history and because its “no-touch” torture, it leaves no visible scars and cannot be traced. This can be done around the clock for as long as the subject lives, all remotely and anonymously and they can include others to watch or participate whenever they choose. The subject just hears them.

 

1.2.4      RNM Head games using synthetic telepathy:

These monitoring capabilities give HUGE advantages to the RNM operators. Not only do they know everything about the subject, their entire life history, but they see everything that the subject does and thinks around the clock, every day, they know where he goes, where he sits, who he speaks to, what is said. They control sleep, bodily functions, and can verbally or physically torment the subject all remotely and anonymously. The subject hears groups of people and hears them coming and going, he recognizes voices but at times they use voice synthesis and impersonate each other or others so the subject doesn’t know how many of them there are. Using voice synthesis, the operators can modify their voices so they sound maniacal and laughing, and this affect can go on for many hours, even all night long. it’s all very disturbing and frightening and it’s all totally interactive with the subject’s thoughts. This can go on day after day for years, the operators are omnipotent and the subject totally helpless for as long as the subject lives. In this manner, the subject’s entire life becomes this never-ending experience, they can do nothing else but try to get through each day, one day at a time. 

 

You might expect that these people would be verbally serious, stern, stoic, but that’s not the experience at all, quite the contrary, it toggles between hours of passivity and simple harassment, irritation, even sympathy and then suddenly it’s a group shouting, cheering, laughing, insulting, being cruel, even sadistic, humiliating, threatening, sounding like they are having the time of their lives, and playing with the subject’s head in cruel ways while the subject is tortured on and off, with breaks, over and over endlessly day after day. The subject almost always hears an even mix of men and women and even young people, and occasionally even minors (possibly voice synthesis) watching and shouting or commenting with the impression that it’s a family thing, or a hate group, or a bunch of couples that are friends. A closed group, like minded, extreme, with a group-think mentality, with every statement beginning with “We …”. This RNM is military grade classified equipment seemingly in the hands of a group of civilians literally tormenting and torturing the subject on and off around the clock laughing cheering, humiliating over the course of many hours on any and often every given night. The subject hears more and more excitement and cruelty hour after hour late into the night or even all night long, and it’s like this day after day, with occasional exceptions, hearing these people coming and going. The experience feels like there are three couples or more with a big screen tv seeing what the subject sees, all seeing the subject’s thoughts, repeating them, commenting on them, discussing them, and all taking turns verbally interacting with the subject’s thoughts as they use the weaponized capabilities to affect, even control their bodily functions, or impose torture. The subject leaves their dwelling each day looking mostly normal, but hearing the operators harassing them all day, and at night its horrible torture. This is called “no-touch torture” as it leaves no marks, they are literally destroying the subject from the inside out and leaving no marks, totally incapacitating them. With that said, the capabilities of this technology and device could be used at a level 100 times more severe than what I’m personally experiencing but this is not occurring for some reason although some of these extreme capabilities have been briefly demonstrated. Even with that said I’ve been totally incapacitated and disabled. I can live in absolutely no way shape or form and can barely even think.

 

I believe that the aforementioned experience described, while accurate may be an illusion, that the opposite may be true because of the restraint, and that this experience while frightening is not a representation of the truth. I believe it’s a deliberate tactic to misled the subject with respect to who is torturing them. These people are very well trained with the RNM device, software, psychology, elaborate orchestration, and tactics and they constantly try to mislead. They use recorded audio at times and voice synthesis. I believe they are professional, that they are trained to present the aforementioned illusions to mislead the subject, but that IS the experience from the perspective of the subject. They may be trained FBI, or contractors working for the FBI, or military contractors, or a mixture of these, I have no idea. I do know that they have access to unlimited funding, federal agencies, county and public works and employees, police, community policing groups, access to very advanced technology and software to access the subject’s devices as these are always hacked.

 

The subject has absolutely no idea who any of these people are or where they are as this is all done remotely and anonymously, and their identities are misrepresented as being neighbors, old bosses, police, etc. The operators give up no real information to the subject, but constantly confuse and contradict. The subject could suffer torture, verbal abuse and humiliation at night, then leave in the morning and be sitting at Starbucks where they normally sit, and be right next to the persons that tormented them all night and never know it, then go home and the same group continue with verbal abuse, torture and humiliation just laughing their asses off. The operators see the subject’s thoughts just prior to the subject consciously wording them, so the operators can repeat them at the same time the subject thinks them as words, which is very confusing. Another tactic the operators use is to repeat the same statements over and over with various endings for years, possibly hundreds of such statements and after the subject is conditioned to anticipate how the statement with be completed, the operators verbally finish the statement with whatever the subject anticipates in real-time and they do this over and over around the clock for years laughing or cheering. These tactics are devastating.

 

The human mind did not evolve to suddenly hear groups of people in shifts around the clock each of which can see the subject’s thoughts in real-time and the subject being forced to hear them verbally and interactively but not seeing them. Being subjected to this around the clock for years has serious damaging effects. Compounding the damage is the fact that the interactions are mostly abusive or humiliating and it’s accompanied by torture. These operators have absolute power over their subjects. This is cruel and unusual. Even a slave is not tormented and violated and tortured around the clock for years. Even a slave can read, think, sleep, have relationships or pray. I cannot. Even a convict can do many of these things.

 

1.2.5                  Helplessness:

These RNM operators they “see what I think”, “see what I see”, and because of this, they see what I write, what I read, they “hear what I hear”, they “hear what I say”, they know who I am, they know where I go, where I sit, who I speak to, what is said, they know what my bodily functions are doing, they know my entire history since the day I was born, they know my values, my feelings, my opinions, they know my background, my education, my strengths, my weaknesses, my mistakes, they know who everyone I’ve known is, everyone I’ve worked for or with, they see all of my emails, they have access to all of my devices, all of my accounts, they know all of my passwords, they know my debit pin, they know how much money I have in my bank accounts, they know my plans the very moment I think of them, they know every little detail about my habits, and personal habits. Remote Neural Monitoring - weaponized - the greatest privacy, human and civil rights violations in the history of mankind. They have been monitoring and saving my EEGs for over two decades, they have every though, visual and sound I’ve heard in that form stored somewhere and that data can be viewed or processed at any time. I’ve had live operators monitoring me for at least five years probably much longer, and covert monitoring for 18 years prior to that. RNM makes the subject totally helpless unlike any helplessness experienced in human past, add to that they have unlimited funding, support from Federal agencies, access to all the available technologies to gain access to any device, support from community groups, public works, police as part of a cover up. Now, after four years of overt monitoring I still hear operators on groups in shifts around the clock repeating or commenting on every thought, repeating every email I write, every password, every piece of personal and private information I view. I’m one old man, I’ve hurt no one, I have no criminal record, I’m doing nothing wrong. My life has been guided by the idea of not causing harm to others, they don’t care, this is the unethical illegal gathering of biodata, and then neuro weapons and tactics and a smear campaign destroying me and my life to hide what has been and is being done to me.

 

1.3                 TORTURE: RNM Non-Passive Mode, Using RNM to affect the body and brain:

In addition to collecting EEG data used to decode thoughts visuals, and hearing, the device can also transmit at that same natural resonant frequency used for capturing EEG data for any given part of the brain with an embedded interference signal thereby affecting that part of the brain specifically in any number of ways. These are the weaponized capabilities and they can be very severe as they are interfering with natural brain functioning. The intensity of the affects can be controlled. This mode is not passive as it directly stimulates the brain to affect a change in the brain, or the brain thereby affecting the body. This capability is remarkable and can be used for both positive and negative effects but subjects experience the negative effects. By stimulating the brain in this way this device can attack a specific part of the body or the brain itself with amazing accuracy. A specific limb can be attacked, a specific organ, or a specific part of the brain in any number of ways. These affects are the torture that targets are experiencing. The stimulation interferes with a certain part of the brain thereby causing mental or physical affects. I have experienced these. These are, but are not limited to: 

 

1.3.1      TORTURE: Stimulating the brain thereby affecting the brain, or affecting the body by affecting the brain:

·       Affecting the visual cortex and optical nerves such that the subject sees colored or black patterns in their peripheral vision and as the intensity increases the patterns expand into the entire visual field. There are other similar hallucinatory affects as well.

·       Affecting the visual cortex and optical nerves such that it causes headache or migraine that begins behind the eyes, then to the forehead and then to the lower back of the head. The intensity can be light, moderate, or extreme and can be excruciating.

·       Affecting mental focus. This affect can increase or decrease your ability to focus causing short term memory loss.

·       Affecting processing of depth perception, resulting with the inability to judge depth perception while vision remains normal. This has occurred suddenly while driving several times making driving difficult and the affect as suddenly disappeared after several minutes.

·       Affecting muscles of a certain leg, a sudden misstep causing tripping.

·       Affecting the brain to release a sudden surge of adrenaline thereby causing sudden extreme racing heart. This can be invoked several times in succession. In my case they did this four times in a row while hearing the RNM operators doing it.

·       Ear pain, eye pain. Sudden severe or pulsating pain, either eye or ear specifically.

·       Affecting the skin, face, neck with swelling soreness redness and hives. This effect can be sustained.

·       Affecting a hand or hands, or back, or a specific leg resulting in sudden extreme itching to the extent that the subject scratches skin off as it’s a natural response to scratch affecting how the subject presents to others. 

·       Affecting the brain to disable nerves that are used to invoke muscular activity, like evacuating the bladder. If one cannot urinate, the bladder fills, the kidneys fill and cannot be evacuated. Any subsequent liquid intake will be suddenly evacuated through the large intestine. This can be sustained for extended periods even to the point where it causes organ failure. I have experienced this for a week each, on two occasions.

·       Affecting the digestive track, causing sustained diarrhea. The intensity of this can be controlled lasting minutes, hours or days or months.

·       Affecting the eyes, eye jitter. This may be a side effect, I’m not sure but I’ve experienced it over years on an off.

·       Affecting the eyes, swelling. The intensity and duration can be controlled lasting minutes, hours or days.

·       Affecting the eyes, tearing. The subject can be made to cry physically, having tears and mucous pouring out with no emotional component just the physical component of crying lasting minutes, hours or days. This can be debilitation as it’s difficult to explain.

·       Affecting the whole body with a shudder. This is a sudden brief shudder with a feeling like that of an 18-wheeler passing.

·       Affecting sexual arousal and other sexual functions. The subject can be made to experience a sudden sexual arousal that may be slight, moderate, or extreme beyond anything naturally experienced. This can be coupled with a dopamine rush, verbal humiliation or other sexual affects, like preventing or allowing erection and even controlling orgasm. These can all be controlled separately in any combination including intensity. If this happens in public the subject is left panting or worse if the stimulation is extreme. The subject can be made to ejaculate or drip with no physical intervention. This can be humiliating and debilitating.

·       Affecting the muscles in the groin area. The muscles can be made to twitch and coupled with light sexual arousal the experience feels like being fondled. This can go on for hours and hours, and can be compounded with controlling arousal, erection, orgasm and intensity of eqach.

·       Affecting the nerves in the groin area resulting in a burning sensation.

·       Affecting brain states, such as sustaining the state between wake and sleep where the operators can effectively interact with the subject verbally using the integrated speaker, while the subject is not fully conscious and has little mental defense. The operators see the subject’s thoughts while sleeping in the same way they see them while they are awake, so the experience is fully interactive.

·       Affecting the visual memory while in half wake state, Implanting an image. The subject can be made to experience a visual hallucination that upon waking, that has the qualities of a hologram but it is a hallucination. This is not a subtle effect and may last five or ten seconds.

 

1.3.2      TORTURE: Utilizing the integrated loudspeaker and/or synthetic telepathy, audio inside the ear canal:

The tiny loudspeaker integrated with the RNM apparatus in its present form, allows the technology to support synthetic telepathy. This capability allows EEGs to be decoded into thoughts, converted to audio at the remote server and then transmitted through the network to a remote subject that has the same apparatus implanted in their ear canal. I have seen this device. This full-duplex audio communication is synthetic telepathy. This capability is not being used in this manner for the phenomena being discussed, as there is no remote subject with the same apparatus, rather there is a group remotely utilizing a computer to monitor a feed, thoughts in text or audio form, and a monitor to see the subject’s visuals, and a microphone to force the subject to hear the remote operators verbally. For the phenomena being discussed, the integrated loudspeaker is used in the following fashion:

 

·       Loud buzzing, chirping, ringing, metal on metal sound, or any other disturbing sound can by inflicted at light, moderate or severe levels of volume. The volume can be such that the subject rolls around on the floor covering their ears with pillows crying, begging or praying for it to stop. In my case this extreme level of volume has been experienced for seconds, minutes, or hours but this has only occurred a handful of times. The light or moderate levels occur every night for hours.

·       Voice synthesis is used mimicking others, possibly neighbors or even people that you know, or each other hiding the number of operators, or used to output maniacal laughing voice while the input is a normal voice mocking and belittling. This is fully interactive with the subject’s thoughts making it insidiously effective and incapacitating. The experience can be disturbing, upsetting and debilitating. They utilize the volume to make the experience more or less effective. This capability could easily drive someone to a total mental breakdown, even suicide if it is severe and sustained, but that has not been the case for me. They have driven me to the point of considering suicide or having a breakdown many times but then stopped. In any case, I do hear these people 24/7 365. it’s violating.

·       Verbal abuse, harassment, humiliation, laughing, cheering, threats can be very affective at disabling an individual and can be coupled with the brain stimulation for either torture or humiliation. While the severe abuse may only occur for hours a day, the subject can be forced to hear these operators verbally around the clock for years, and since the operators see the subject’s thoughts in real-time, all of this is fully interactive with the subject’s thoughts and can be so distracting that its totally incapacitating. In my case, cannot function normally, and have basically no life at all, I cannot work, date, vacation, socialize.

·       Dream manipulation. The operators see the subject’s thoughts in real-time whether awake or asleep, and utilizing the loudspeaker, they can literally direct the subject’s dreams turning them into nightmares. I have these dreams most nights and have awaken on several occasions from them, to hearing them being verbally directed. I believe they may also use brain stimulation resulting in a hypnotic effect to further make the subject more susceptible to the effect. These dreams can be very vivid, remembering every detail visually unlike waking from a natural dream. They may also at times be implanting visual memory as the visuals while dreaming are very detailed unlike in a natural dream and upon waking can be mentally visualized in the fashion of what one might expect from a photographic memory.

·       Sleep Deprivation. Hearing three or four people replying to one’s thoughts, repeating one’s thoughts, arguing with one’s thoughts, commenting on one’s thoughts, laughing, cheering and shouting, makes it impossible to sleep. In my case they do this occasionally, otherwise they control when I can sleep and when I must wake giving me an acceptable minimum of sleep. Loud noise, ringing and buzzing can also be used. Prior to an elaborate gangstalking, they deprive me of sleep for as long as it takes to force me to comply and flee my apartment to live on the street following commands about where to walk for public humiliations while hundreds of gangstalkers in cars and on foot swarm every area I’m told to walk to. This has happened to me twice in four years and is beginning again now.

·       Sexual violation torture, and humiliation. This is by far the worst torture I have ever experienced and the worst thing that’s happened to me in my life. With RNM they can control my arousal, erection, orgasm and ejaculation in any combination and intensity and achieve totally unnatural intense states endlessly for hours, in the worst case 17 hours straight with one woman controlling all of these functions all night long, giddy, ecstatic and intoxicated with the power of being able to control all of my sexual functions, until the sun came up while hearing six couples watching cheering and humiliating, as they see what I see and think and all of my physical nero muscular activity. At least three couples watched this for 17 hours cheering and laughing. The details of what they did to me are too graphic to list here and left me crying for days, and they have done this to me using different women on and off for a month now. I can’t see them I only hear them, but they see what I see and think and what my body is doing graphically via neuro muscular activity. If I could describe what happened I would, but it’s so horrible no one could read it, and if I tried it would make any normal person sick.

 

 

1.3.3      Additional Systems Capabilities:

The subject’s thoughts, visuals, and hearing are received by the operators over the internet. The thoughts can be converted in to voice and heard in real-time or read from a log and by monitoring the subject’s neuro-muscular activity, see what their body is doing. In addition, any number of remote operators can register via a cell phone or computer and also see this transcript representing the subject’s thoughts in real-time. Visuals can also be forwarded to remote operators in real-time. An entire group spread out can receive this as long as they have cell phone or computer and internet access. This can be effective while the subject is being physically monitored, followed or for group entertainment of long nights of violation, torture and humiliation.

 

A large complex layered system has been built to hide the truth, utilizing agencies and the internet is part of this system. This includes a genre of buzzwords constantly posted on the internet. All of these buzzwords are designed to either misinform, spread confusion, appear to be, or are defined as delusions, a persecutory belief, paranoia, or to debunk true information or the phenomena in general. These are all part of a disinformation campaign. The internet is saturated with them, along with clearly ridiculous claims and information by those helping to perpetuate them. At the same time all of these words are listed in Wikipedia and by mental health professionals as indicators to mental health concerns.

Targeted Individual:      a persecutory belief

Gangstalking:                  a persecutory belief

V2K:                                  V2K as a buzzword is being spread all over the internet saturating it, and being blamed for this phenomenon. This is a diversion away from RNM a technology and V2K does not likely exist. Likewise, the Havana Syndrome is also a deliberately highly publicized diversion away from a much more severe experience, that of RNM as people are suffering 24/7 365 for years literally hearing operators around the clock and being tortured. 

MK-Ultra:                          This program is referenced to add weight to the association with mind-control. RNM may or may not have emerged from this program. Either way, it’s of little importance, RNM exists and its being used on the public.

Mind-Control:                 RNM, and these phenomena have nothing to do with mind-control, RNM is an advanced form of BCI that has been developed over decades. The use of the word in association to this phenomenon is a deliberate attempt to make those suffering from it to appear delusional or foolish.

Mind-reading:                 RNM, and these phenomena have nothing to do with mind-reading, RNM is an advanced form of BCI that has been developed over decades. The use of the word in association to this phenomenon is a deliberate attempt to make those suffering from it to appear delusional or foolish.

·               Wikipedia: [Hundreds of these communities exist online.[6] News reports have described how groups of Internet users have cooperated to exchange detailed conspiracy theories involving gang stalking.[2] Kershaw & Weinberger say, "Web sites that amplify reports of mind control and group stalking" are "an extreme community that may encourage delusional thinking" and represent "a dark side of social networking. They may reinforce the troubled thinking of the mentally ill and impede treatment."[7][8] A 2020 study established a framework to classify and examine the phenomenon of individuals with the subjective experience of being gang stalked. The study confirmed the subsequent "serious" sequelae of their experience and recommended further research.[4]]

 

The Truth: These online communities are only populated and utilized by people that are not subjects to this phenomenon almost without exception. These people are pretending to be afflicted by this phenomenon and deliberately lying. They do not believe what they are posting any more than those reading these posts. They are there solely there to debunk. The numbers of people posting this nonsense outnumber those being afflicted by the phenomena, I would guess by ten-thousand-fold. These people are posting online pretending to be victims of the phenomena. Almost all of these posts are part of a large disinformation campaign indirectly supported by government agencies so this phenomenon, gathering EEG biodata, and testing RNM capabilities on the public, including torture can continue unhindered and remain undisclosed. The conclusion that the people suffering from this phenomenon are delusional based on looking at these communities is misleading because these groups are solely populated by those whose intent is in debunking it. In addition, there are organizations dedicated to sharing information and providing guidance and support for those being tortured, but these organizations too and fronts whose sole purpose is spreading disinformation and debunking the truth. This is all a huge cover up a large layered system of manipulation and lies to cover up the fact that Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) is being used on the public to develop its surveillance and weaponized capabilities.

There’s no way to simulate a diverse set of unbroken human EEG biodata representing decades of thoughts and visuals, and without this type of data it’s impossible to develop applications to process it. If they did not develop this technology, they would be remiss, but doing so with the attitude that the end justifies the means is costing people their lives and subjecting them to endless suffering to hide the fact that they have been used in this way. Attempting to get this EEG biodata ethically would raise concerns for thought privacy, safety and human and civil rights, would expose the technology and its capabilities and open the door to lawsuits and slow progress by decades. The government (DoD, DARPA, Pentagon) has no option but to use its own citizens to develop applications for the (RNM) technology and test its capabilities. This is being done secretly, with no accountability, oversight, public or governmental scrutiny, so that these concerns can be circumvented. 

 

This condition is allowing these RNM operators to become omnipotent over their helpless subjects with no accountability and creating a situation where these operators entertain themselves using the most sophisticated neuro weapon on the planet with no concerns at all about the subject, as the subject is slated for destruction anyway. RNM makes the subject so incredibly helpless, there has never in history been a helplessness like this and it seems to excite these operators. What’s happening is an atrocity, even worse is a second atrocity, subjects are having their lives, their credibility, their reputations, their careers destroyed after their EEG biodata is stolen. Decades of biodata, their lives experiences, their thoughts and visuals and are then having the weaponized capabilities of RNM along with its synthetic telepathy used on them to neutralize them, to incapacitate them, as this is one of the weaponized capabilities of RNM technology. Being a subject for this program is a death sentence, a long slow death by the most insidious means. This Remote Neural Monitoring (RNM) technology is so powerful, and there are so many applications for it, that it has been and will continue to be developed, like it or not and at any cost. This is probably one of the most powerful technologies ever developed, dwarfing the atomic bomb as its only use was deterrence. This program is larger than that of the Manhattan Project.
